Words Of Encouragement For A Fresh Start

Friday, September 11th, 2009

If you are at the turning point in your life i.e you feel the need to start all over again then in times of need phrases can play a major factor in getting you up and going.

There are millions of reasons why at times we feel the need to turn a new page in our lives.

1.    The loss of a loved one: Losing a loved one comes in a variety of ways. For example, you can lose someone you love through death. A friend of mine lost his fiancée in December 2007 and up until now her pictures still take up most of the space in his phone. Sometimes he cries for no apparent reason – I guess it’s when he misses her.

It is possible that you also feel the same way. If it is so then you need to know that moving on with your life does not mean you are dishonouring your loved one or simply forgetting about him or her. Let the past inspire you to face the future instead of having it hold you back.

2.    First day in a new job: printable encouraging cards are a must have for someone in a new office. My first day at work isn’t a very good memory to me either. That was one of the most difficult days in my life – I mean I was so nervous. It takes time to get used to a new office. You don’t need to pressurise yourself into “fitting” in so soon. It will only be a matter of time before you become your own self again.

3.    New country: if you have just moved into a new city I can only imagine how lonely you feel. The best way to get over being home sick or lonely is to try and find good things to excite you and laugh about. Get out of the house, go to the mall, watch some movies or find some words or quotes of encouragement on the web. This way you will start to experience the best part of being in a new area and you will relax and enjoy the fresh start.
